Owner and also managing director Hilbert Rumph started his career in the construction business about 15 years ago. He is passionate about construction, especially the construction of concrete structures. He has completed numerous projects were the highest possible quality was achieved. Supervised and directed the activities of multiple groups of foremen/crews engaged in different crafts. "I always try to improve the safety and quality standards of our skilled laborers  throughout the construction projects. It is fun to lead and resolve all operational challenges, maintaining project schedules, collaborating with architects, engineers and inspectors. Two of the most challenging projects I worked on were the Bastions and the New Campus Building for American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine build on the island Sint Maarten."

EMIEL KUIPER

Experienced, trustworthy, fun. Emiel Kuiper started his career in the construction business 2 decades ago. After completing his bachelor degree in Architectural, Building, Construction, & Engineering he moved to Sint Maarten to work as a site supervisor to manage all the daily activities on various construction sites such the construction of villa’s and also some commercial buildings. "I have always been fascinated by the process, tools, techniques, and teamwork it takes to construct buildings. But, more than anything else, I am fascinated with the primal sense of accomplishment at the end of each day. It is great to see the immediate results in our line of work."
